رسول اللہ ﷺ نے فرمایا: "میں تم میں دو بھاری چیزیں چھوڑ کر جا رہا ہوں: اللہ کی کتاب (قرآن) اور میری عترت (میرے اہلِ بیت)۔ اگر تم ان دونوں کو مضبوطی سے پکڑے رہو گے تو میرے بعد کبھی گمراہ نہیں ہو گے۔"

Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)
“The Jews were divided into seventy-one sects, the Christians were divided into seventy-two sects, and this Ummah will be divided into seventy-three sects. All of them will be in the Fire except one.”
The Companions asked: “Who are they, O Messenger of Allah?”
He ﷺ said:
“Those who follow what I and my Companions are upon.”
